Fine George III silver serving slice London 1774 Thomas Daniel

This fine feather edged George III silver serving slice was made in London in 1774 possibly Thomas Daniel, it measures10.25 inches in length and is 4 1/8 inches at it’s widest, It has a shell design where the stem attaches to the pierced blade and the stem is feather edged engraved with the initials MC in flowing script below an engraved flower head, the blade is very nicely pierced and it is hallmarked to the back of the blade. A superb slice in excellent condition weighing 3.4 ounces or 106 grams.
