This William III silver trefid spoon was made in London in 1697 by Isaac Davenport and measures 8 inches in length, it has flowing initials to the back of the stem with flower head detailing where it is also fully and clearly hallmarked and has a beaded rattail to the back of the bowl. The bowl itself is well formed with no signs of wear and it is in very good condition weighing 1.75 ounces or 55 grams.
