This Queen Anne Britannia silver bleeding bowl was made in London in 1706 by John East and measures 6.25 inches from the handle across by 4.25 inches in dia and is 1 5/8 inches deep, it has a cast and pieced handle to one side with the initials Y over WA and is fully and clearly hallmarked to the rim and to the underside of the handle with the lions head erased, a very nice bleeding bowl with a nice colour and feel to it weighing 3.45 ounces or 108 grams.
