This James I silver seal top spoon was made in London in 1618 by William Lovejoy and measures 6.75 inches in length, it has a gilded and well defined seal top with the ini9tials DC over TH to the end, it is fully and clearly hallmarked to the back of the stem and to the bowl with the leopards head, the bowl is well formed and of good gauge and it is in very good condition weighing 1.75 ounces or 54 grams.
