This hexagonal George I silver taper stick was made in London in 1718 by David Green and measures 4.75 inches tall by 3 inches at its widest across the base. It is fully hallmarked under the base along with the initials U over WE and the inscription LADY MAXWELL OF MONREITH. A lovely taper stick in very good condition and a nice piece of history weighing 3.45 ounces or 108 grams.
