This fine George I silver bullet teapot was made in London in 1726 by Edward Vincent and measures 7.5 inches handle to spout by just under 4.5 inches to the top of the handle and is just over 3.5 inches wide, it has a straight facet sided spout, a scrolled fruit wood handle and finial and is beautifully engraved around the lid and top of the pot. It is well hallmarked under the base and the gauge of silver is good and thick, the condition and colour is lovely and it weighs 11.10 ounces or 345 grams, as useful as the day it was made.
