Pair engraved George II silver cartouche wine labels C1740 Sandilands Drinkwater
This similar pair of George II silver cartouche shaped wine labels were made C1740 and measure just over 2 inches in length by 1 3/8 inches at their widest they bear the engraved names CLARET and HOCK, one has the makers mark of Sandilands Drinkwater and the other is unmarked and possibly slightly later, the labels are well engraved and in very nice condition.
