Good pierced and embossed George III silver cream pail London 1772 Thomas Foster

This lovely pierced and embossed George III silver cream pail was made in London in 1772 by Thomas Foster and measures 4.75 inches tall with handle raised or 2.5 inches to the rim of the pail by just over 3 inches wide in dia across the top and 2 inches across the base, the base has a rope border at the top and bottom of the pail with a rope sing handle, it is pierced and embossed with flowers and foliage to the body and bears the flowing initials of SL to the cartouche, it is fully and clearly hallmarked under the base and has it’s original Bristol blue liner, a very pretty pail in very good condition.
