This bottom marked George III silver serving fork was made in London in 1769 by John Lambe and measures 11 inches in length, it bears the initials C over R*A to the top of the stem and has squeezed hallmarked to the back of the stem, a very useful fork in very good condition weighing 3.45 ounces or 108 grams.
